Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Packaging and bottle design may vary slightly from images shown, particularly where brands have updated their presentation.

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time without notice.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Any change will not affect orders already confirmed

• Payment is accepted via the methods displayed at checkout (which may include credit/debit card, PayPal, and other available options)

• All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full card details

 

5. Orders & Contract

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract between you and Esme Sales Ltd is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, for reasons including but not limited to:

• A product being out of stock

• An error in pricing or product description

• Suspected fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days.

• We offer delivery across the United Kingdom

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days

• Standard delivery timeframes are 3–5 business days after dispatch, though this is not guaranteed

• We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control

• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition

• You must notify us within 14 days of receipt by emailing info@esmesalesltd.co.uk

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used perfume bottles unless the product is faulty.

 

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@esmesalesltd.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 

9. Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once dispatched, the standard returns process applies.
